Website use

This website is provided by Southern Electrical Solutions for product information, customer support, and educational resources related to ShorePowerCalc. You may use the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that degrades service, misrepresent ShorePowerCalc, or reuse protected content without permission.

Informational material only

Website articles, screenshots, sample reports, descriptions, and other materials are informational only. They are not professional engineering, legal, utility, manufacturer, AHJ, or code advice and do not create an engineer-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

Marina electrical work involves life-safety, environmental, equipment, utility, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. All project decisions must be made and approved by the appropriate qualified professionals and authorities.

Software purchase and license

Purchases are processed through Gumroad. The price and package shown on the website are intended to match the current Gumroad offer, but the checkout page controls the final transaction details. Use of the software requires a valid license and acceptance of the ShorePowerCalc EULA displayed during activation.

The current customer offer is for one named user on one Windows computer for 365 days beginning on the original Gumroad purchase date. Reinstallation, delayed activation, or computer replacement does not restart the term.

Refund policy

Because ShorePowerCalc is a digital software product delivered immediately with downloadable files and a license key, sales are final and refunds are not offered after delivery or activation except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support for installation or activation assistance.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Electrical Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Software liability terms are governed by the customer EULA.

Intellectual property

ShorePowerCalc, the software, website design, screenshots, documentation, sample reports, written content, and associated materials are owned by Southern Electrical Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited website use stated here and the separate software license granted by the EULA.

NFPA, NEC, and National Electrical Code are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association. ShorePowerCalc is not affiliated with or endorsed by NFPA.

External services and links

The website links to Gumroad and may link to other third-party services. Southern Electrical Solutions does not control their availability, security, terms, content, or privacy practices.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date. These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
